Bellefonte Academy's sports facilities were most often so modern and therefore superior to the facilities of other educational institutions and towns in the Central Pennsylvania area that they were also used by other area school and town teams.  During the early 1900's Penn State College (now Penn State University) often utilized Bellefonte Academy's indoor and outdoor sports facilities.
